Mr Ralf Aust has recently started to become a legend in the straight razor community, where his dedication and passion for straight razors started during his teens, where he work at a scissors factory in Solingen to train his polishing and sharpening skills before starting his straight razors manufacturing life in a well known straight razor manufacturer in Solingen, Boker.
All razors produced by Mr Ralf started as a blade blank sourced from Solingen Steel factory, where they are all hand polished and hone personally by Mr Ralf in his small workshop, with tools that are passed down by his family. Rest assure all Ralf Aust straight razors are personally hone by Mr Ralf on a natural stone and strop on a luxurious flat strop. Mr Ralf is well known for discarding many blades which he is not happy of its quality.
